about
I met a guy in India who was travelling the world on his motorbike, filming everything he saw. I was so inspired by him that I decided to write a song about his journey.

LYRICS:
Getting tired of the same routine, I wanna try something new
I draw a line on this map of mine and I decide that's what I'm gonna do
I pack my bag and I kiss my girl, say goodbye to my friends
On a long way across the world, I begin to start at the end
Just me, the road and the wheels - the stirrups of the steed beneath my heels
Now I'm getting cold on this old black motorcycle, rolling along at speed
Yes I'm rowing a boat that I know is gonna float and so I go where the water's deep
Round the globe going to coast to coast, putting miles behind me
Nowhere to go on this open road, I sit back, that's fine by me
Up and down in the twists and turns, living life through a lens
The things I've seen, every place that I've been, I recall them all in the end
Just me and the people I meet - the spirit of the street beneath my feet
Now I'm getting cold on this old black motorcycle, rolling along at speed
Yes I'm rowing a boat that I know is gonna float and so I go where the water's deep
Pack my bag and I miss my girl, I'm in a town all alone
Time to say hello to the folks I know, time to go, I'm on my way home
Just leave this land far away - get back to the place I'm gonna stay
Now I'm getting cold on this old black motorcycle, rolling along at speed
Yes I'm rowing a boat that I know is gonna float and so I go where the water's deep
So I go where the water's deep, so I go where the water's deep
